2009 President’s Report – Lynda Kuntyj

I remember when I was first approached to be President – it was at an unsuspecting end-of-year wind up function at the Raffles. In accepting the nomination, I knew many were satisfied with the way ‘the Association has always been’, but I was looking for ways to do it better.

2009 Vice President’s Report

I joined the Management Committee for the first time last year as Lynda’s Vice President, as I very much shared and supported her vision for a professional association that was both forging partnerships within the arts community and presenting a vibrant new brand to the teaching world that the Visual Arts teachers were a group worth connecting with. Five years earlier another Primary member and I were at an AGM in King St where the question was raised ...

We are now looking towards 2010 and for members who can help build on this strong and established foundation to create a dynamic ArtEd Association for the future. Be a part of the ArtEd team and nominate yourself today. Nominations will close on Saturday 13 February, one week before the AGM which is being held on Saturday, 20 February at the Art Gallery of WA 1.00 - 3.00pm with refreshments provided afterwards.
