Nominations will close on Saturday 13 February, one week before the AGM which is being held on Saturday, 20 February at the Art Gallery of WA 1.00 – 3.00pm with refreshments provided afterwards.

As the outgoing President, I encourage all members to consider a committee nomination for 2010. Only by nominating and being actively involved will you get the most out of what the Association has to offer you.
In my two terms as President, the management committee and I have worked hard to lift the Association’s profile – Membership has doubled; we have launched an exciting and memorable rebranded logo; built and continuing to maintain a powerful content managed website; established and strengthened affiliations with Jacksons Drawing Supplies, the Western Australian College of Art, Design and Media (Central TAFE) and the Art Gallery of Western Australia and worked with some amazing talent to create a comprehensive professional learning calendar of workshops and events.
A strong foundation has been set for you to take the reins and steer the Association to even greater heights in 2010. Those wanting insight into the role of the President are more than welcome to contact Lynda.
